Job Description:

Oracle HCM System Analyst - Cloud

An exciting new position has arisen for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Systems Analyst to join a rewarding, market-leading end-user organization based in Europe.

As the Senior Oracle HCM System Analyst, you will join a global HR systems team, focusing on HCM Cloud, managing data, configuration, change requests, system support, and engagement across the user community.

Location: Europe-based - Candidates will be remote with occasional travel. Considered countries include Germany, Poland, France, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, and Sweden.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
• System administration experience on Oracle Cloud HCM
• Core Oracle HCM experience (preferably with at least two modules such as HR, Talent, Recruitment)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
