A leading brokerage firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and growth strategies in the Forex industry. This role involves networking, lead generation, and collaboration with marketing to enhance client engagement. Ideal candidates will have a background in B2B Forex or CFD sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client portfolios effectively. Training and support will be provided to ensure success in this fully remote position.

Competenze

  • Previous experience in B2B Forex or CFD Sales or Account Management is REQUIRED.
  • Knowledge of French/German/Spanish is an advantage.

Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to grow VT Markets' client base. The role involves generating leads, analyzing market trends, networking with potential clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Identify new leads for expansion and develop strategies to grow the business within the FX industry.
  2. Expand our portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners.
  3. Maintain contact with clients/partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  4. Build and manage your own portfolio of clients.
  5. Follow up on queries and provide prompt feedback to clients.
  6. Achieve and exceed monthly targets.
  7. Training and support will be provided.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • A diploma or degree in any field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in B2B Forex or CFD Sales or Account Management is REQUIRED.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills.
  • Knowledge of French/German/Spanish is an advantage.
  • Access to personal devices suitable for a fully remote role is required.
