The Position

In this role, you’ll be a people manager, responsible for starting, managing, and completing projects with a focus on delivering results.

  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, aligning with key objectives (scope, schedule, quality, impact, and cost), and track major milestones.
  • Monitor project progress closely, reporting updates to management and stakeholders, while managing risks and implementing mitigation actions as needed.
  • Ensure project deliverables are results-driven and compliant with both internal and external standards, while managing and reporting on project costs to all relevant parties.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we imagine that you have:

  • A degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or any relevant scientific field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management, ideally in a global stakeholder environment, with a preference for experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

  • PMP certification is a plus.

You should also be someone able to build and manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
