Job Description:

Alibaba is seeking a local Chinese Business Development & Key Account Manager to manage our Italy sellers operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Business expansion: Prospect new local Chinese business leads and onboard new strategic accounts in Italy.
  2. Selection strategy and cost-reduction operations: Analyze market demand for FMCG, forecast sales volume, negotiate prices and stock with key accounts, and improve fulfillment cost efficiency in collaboration with logistics.
  3. Promotion operations: Work with internal/external campaign teams to increase visibility and sales through promotions, SEO, and external traffic.

Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields (MBA preferred). Fluent in Chinese, Italian, and English for business communication.
  • Over 3 years of experience in business development or Key Account management within e-commerce.
  • Experience in building relationships and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Results-driven with proven sales achievements.
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, resilience, startup mindset, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
  • Well-organized, meticulous, ambitious, and committed to high standards.
