Responsibilities:
- Define the long-term vision for the DAM system, aligning it with the organization's digital strategy and stakeholders’ needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and conduct user research to gather insights and develop user-centric features.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes in the product backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring key phases and milestones align with the DAM system’s evolution.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable technical requirements.
- Define KPIs and ROI for the DAM system to measure its success and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure the DAM system adheres to data governance standards, security, and compliance requirements, working with IT and legal departments.
- Develop adoption strategies and oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions when new features are released.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Italian and English.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in gathering and prioritizing product requirements.
- Ability to define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Strong organizational skills and experience with product backlog management.
- Familiarity with KPIs and measuring product performance.
