Position: Part-time Receptionist (afternoon shift)

We are seeking a Receptionist for our Milan headquarters. The Receptionist supports office activities, handling internal organization tasks (such as switchboard and secretarial duties) and front-office activities, ensuring effective communication with visitors. The role involves supporting staff and managing priorities according to organizational needs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Welcoming visitors and managing reception activities
  2. Supporting booking activities (train, hotel, flight reservations)
  3. Assisting staff and guests
  4. Coordinating catering and assisting with meetings
  5. Managing incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and faxes
  6. Handling courier shipments and updating reception databases
  7. Managing office supplies and printer consumables
  8. Collecting signatures on pre-drafted contracts and archiving documents
Qualifications:
  • Diploma preferably in humanistic or tourism fields
  • 2-4 years of experience in structured environments
  • Experience in organizing small corporate events
  • Good command of English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good prioritization skills
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills

Contract: Part-time (25 hours/week), afternoon shift from 13:45 to 18:45.
