Partner with the best

In this role you will be responsible for Special Projects and Continuous Improvement associated with the manufacturing process. Your role will be strictly connected with the operations, the planning and the manufacturing engineering team in order to develop solutions/improvements in products, processes and procedures.

As a Lead Strategic Initiatives Program Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Defining and controlling production process including capacity and capability constraint.
• Being Project Manager for Packaging Projects, either in operations, planning and in continuous improvement.
• Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
• Show good experience in Production Process and Equipment.
• Show strong oral and written communication skills.
• Display strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Be able to influence others and lead small teams and to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Show effective problem identification and solution skills.
• Be fluent both in Italian and English
• Have a EU work permit
