Job Title and Location

We are currently seeking a Junior Trade Marketing Manager for our Milan office to assist the Senior Trade Marketing Manager in implementing trade strategies for Dompé's Primary and Specialty Care across Wholesalers, Networks, and Retailers.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the Senior Trade Marketing Manager in defining the Trade Plan of Clients with channel objectives, investments, and execution priorities, along with the related Budget.
  2. Execute analysis and evaluation of market and client data to define annual trade policies and operational plans for clients (Wholesalers, Networks, and Retailers).
  3. Drive segmentation and targeting based on geography and market potential to maximize sell-out results.
  4. Support the execution of trade plans on clients.
  5. Plan and implement online and offline communication initiatives aligned with brand objectives and guidelines set by Marketing Managers.
  6. Maintain and cultivate strong client relationships to reinforce partnerships.
  7. Assist the Field Force in managing relationships with Wholesalers, Networks, and Retailers.
  8. Provide internal reports and proposals, collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams.
  9. Contribute to the allocation and tracking of trade marketing expenses to ensure optimal resource distribution across campaigns and clients.
  10. Interact proactively with Drug Safety for reporting suspected adverse reactions.
  11. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal codes of conduct, including Legislative Decree 231/01.
  12. Adhere to occupational safety, hygiene, and environmental protection regulations within the area of responsibility.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Economics or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing within structured companies.
  • Experience in international contexts, preferably in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, nutrition, or cosmetics.
Required Skills
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
