Job Description

Ramboll is seeking a highly motivated Manager to lead projects mainly in due diligence, regulatory compliance, and permitting. We aim to create a sustainable future through innovative solutions and projects. Join our global company committed to societal and environmental betterment.

Your starting point for growth:

• A master’s degree in a relevant environmental discipline.
• Proven experience in permitting strategies and applications for industrial clients.
• Experience leading due diligence and compliance programs.
• Ability to manage projects and teams effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of EU, national, and local regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments.

Required Experience:

• 12+ years in Phase I ESAs and EHS compliance assessments.
• Project or program management experience.
• Experience with site selection, feasibility assessments, and permitting.
• Client and staff management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing project strategy and oversight.
• Assessing real estate, engineering, environmental, and business considerations.
• Managing risks and coordinating with internal and external teams.
• Presenting to clients and stakeholders.
• Supporting sustainable outcomes through advisory roles.

Personal qualities:

• Interest in risk quantification and communication.
• Comfort with public speaking.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
