What you’ll do

• Plan and execute the entire email marketing strategy for the business.
• Create email chains from scratch targeting goals like sales, activation, and retention.
• Develop various email campaigns, managing timing, logic, and content for different audiences based on goals.
• Maintain domain reputation, implement tactics against spam filters, manage unsubscribe processes, and handle negative feedback.
• Create content plans, mailing lists, campaign setups, and templates.
• Manage delivery and automation of email campaigns using services like Mailchimp.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics.
• Engage directly with Replika users to gather feedback and insights.

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably with B2C subscription apps.
• CRM management skills and experience working with user databases.
• Technical proficiency with email marketing tools like Mailchimp.
• Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Tableau.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and user sources, understanding how CRM marketing impacts metrics.
• Experience creating campaigns focused on sales, activation, and retention.
• Experience managing CRMs across multiple languages, markets, or products.
• Interest or experience in leveraging AI for personalized content and automation.
• Strong collaboration skills within a growth-oriented team.
• Motivation to innovate in a competitive environment alongside companies like OpenAI and Character AI.
• Outcome-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Comfort working in emerging niches with rapid growth potential.
