RINA is currently recruiting for an Energy Project Control Manager to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Consulting Planning, Monitoring & Business Support Division.
Mission
RINA is looking for a candidate to join our Energy Project Control department.
Key Accountabilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans in collaboration with relevant teams;
- Defining general guidelines for business operations aligned with the strategic objectives of the business unit;
- Planning and integrating goals and metrics related to commercial, operational, quality, technical, and financial objectives (revenues, margins, cash flow, credit collection, resources);
- Identifying and closing gaps between current performance and targets;
- Motivating and coaching Operating Units to achieve high performance in economic and financial aspects;
- Promoting efficiency and optimization of Operating Units concerning revenues, margins, costs, invoicing, cash flow, and credit collection;
- Ensuring the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of internal and external processes;
- Supporting operational units in sales, project management, and procurement processes;
- Analyzing operational data and KPIs to identify issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions;
- Supervising back-office activities such as contract management, invoicing, and credit collection;
- Facilitating collaboration with global functions for smooth operations;
- Collaborating with RINA Operating Units and providing management support as needed;
- Ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in customer service.
Education
Master’s Degree in Engineering (General or Management Engineering).
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, focusing on Planning and Project Quality;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written);
- Good knowledge of reporting tools such as QlikView and Power BI.
