• Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese (livello B2 o superiore).

Product Manager Accessori Auto/Moto/Bici

Location: Treviso, Italy

Bep's, the largest retailer specializing in accessories for cars, motorcycles, and bikes, is seeking a Product Manager for Auto/Moto/Bike accessories.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Marketing management in product development;
2. Analyze market needs and gather supporting data;
3. Monitor market competition through comparative analysis and in-depth product testing;
4. Lead the development process of new products with attention to detail and follow-up;
5. Define roadmaps for new product launches aligned with brand positioning, based on quantitative and qualitative objectives;
6. Scout, select, and manage suppliers (contract negotiations, correspondence, sample control, follow-up on orders);
7. Coordinate teams involved in the product lifecycle (design, production, positioning, and market launch).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree with experience in Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, UX/User Experience, or related fields;
• Preferably 3+ years of experience in auto/motorcycle accessories or similar categories;
• Strong passion and knowledge of auto/motorcycle/bike accessories;
• Creativity, organizational skills, and negotiation abilities;
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage unforeseen issues;
• Interpersonal skills and empathy;
• Open-mindedness and adaptability to new environments;
• Strong team orientation;
• Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad;
• Excellent communication, presentation, verbal, written, and visual skills;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (certification preferred).
