Descrizione del lavoro

Would you like to work in an international environment, and do you have strong analytical skills and a great eye for detail? Then, we might have an interesting role for you. We are looking for a Finance Manager who is “hands-on” and can support us in the coming 12 months. You will contribute to the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practices. Furthermore, you will work closely with our head office in Den Bosch, The Netherlands.

Your responsibilities
  1. Responsible for accounting and controlling in Italy, including daily financial administration (General Accounting / AP / AR / fiscal requirements), managing bank payments, payroll accounting, and local HR support in Den Bosch.
  2. Handling Italian tax requirements and deadlines (VAT, Intrastat, RA payment, Corporate Tax) with support from local fiscal consultants.
  3. Managing monthly and yearly closing processes for reporting, including closing Italian financial statements (Bilancio, Nota e Relazione).
  4. Reconciliation, analysis, and review of ledger accounts.
  5. Ensuring timely monthly financial reporting to the head office in Den Bosch.
  6. Providing monthly updates on actuals versus budget and forecasts for P&L analysis.
  7. Managing relationships with external stakeholders (consultants, banks, customers, suppliers) and internal stakeholders (treasury, business consultants, Finance department, GM Italy).
Which qualities do you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a finance department, preferably in international companies.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; SAP experience is essential; ERP: ZUCCHETTI is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of transfer pricing regulations.
  • Strong communication skills in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Good knowledge of Italian legal and tax requirements.
  • Critical and analytical mindset.
  • Local IT support knowledge.
