This is a self-employed, commission-only role. You will receive a minimum daily rate of €355 for all referral work. Larger projects may offer higher rates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Source your own clients and refer them through our network.
• Our office team will handle all client contracts and billing.
• Act as a consultant on client projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat instructions.
• Create an independent client referral pipeline.
• Promote our consulting services within your network and encourage cross-referrals.
• Earn a share of our daily billing, starting with a minimum of €355 per referral work, with potential for higher rates on larger projects.

To be considered, you need:

• Consulting experience in one of the practice areas listed above.
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Good grammar and a professional telephone manner.
