Job Description: Audio Production Lead

We are seeking an experienced Audio Production Lead to oversee and support our podcast and show productions. The role involves leading a talented team to create engaging content, analyzing show performance, managing production schedules, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance our content quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support a team of producers and audio leads to produce high-quality shows that maximize listener retention at all stages.
2. Analyze show performance metrics and conduct root cause analysis to address drops in listenership.
3. Manage production schedules, oversee recording sessions, and coordinate sound engineers and post-production teams.
4. Lead all aspects of audio production including scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes.
5. Collaborate with content teams to plan resources and ensure smooth content pipeline management.
6. Contribute creative ideas for sound design, production processes, and final output to keep content innovative and exciting.
7. Provide feedback and mentorship to host talent to help them reach their full potential.
8. Work with Category and Program Managers to manage P&L for the category, including talent interactions.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of relevant experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
2. Native Italian and fluent English language skills.
3. Background in audio work is a plus.
4. Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for creating hit shows.
5. Strategic thinker with creative flair and strong project management skills.
6. High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
7. Experience working with talent and talent representatives.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and comfortably interact with diverse backgrounds.

Location: Remote, anywhere in Italy.

Language Proficiency: English and Italian.
