We are looking for a Field Service Engineer, committed to the Measurement Intelligence industry for Gas Analysis Solutions, to be hired with a permanent contract within the Process Automation area.

Your Challenge

Within the Digital Industry Organization, the Field Service Engineer will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction through excellent delivery of installation, configuration, and repair on-site tasks related to Gas Analyser Systems. He/she will handle customer plants covered by maintenance contracts, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of gas analysis systems.

Your main activities will include:

1. Managing customer sites covered by maintenance contracts, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of installed gas analysis systems.
2. Performing installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Continuous Gas Analyzers.
3. Documenting all activities in detailed service reports.
4. Collaborating with the local Customer Service team to exceed customer expectations.
5. Interacting with the Regional Support Center for issue resolution.
6. Adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What will you manage in the short term?

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Interfacing directly with customers to answer technical questions and resolve issues.
• Being fully independent in troubleshooting and repairing Gas Analysis Systems.
• Being available for emergency and relief assignments.

To be a perfect fit, you would already have:

• A passion for continuous growth.
• Respect and appreciation for each person's uniqueness, with a willingness to co-create and share knowledge.
• A technical diploma and proven experience in a related role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and pneumatic diagrams.
• Willingness to travel: up to 80%.
• Proficiency in Italian (speaking and writing); basic knowledge of English.
• A valid driver's license and eligibility to work.
