As Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for growing and optimizing our e-commerce activities.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying business opportunities for our network and products by establishing direct relationships with advertisers or collaborating with affiliate networks and agencies.
  2. Acquiring customers from the e-commerce sector in Italy, leveraging your extensive network of affiliate partners and e-commerce clients.
  3. Conducting negotiations with new partners, preparing offers, and following up until agreements are signed.
  4. Representing Sovendus to potential partners both remotely and at on-site appointments and trade fairs.
  5. Driving market development and product positioning using your experience in the e-commerce sector.
  6. Collaborating closely with the Country Manager Italy, Account Management, International Sales, Design/UX, Business Intelligence/KPI teams, and other departments to maximize the network's potential.

Your profile:

  1. Passionate, process-oriented Sales Manager (m/f/d) with professional experience in selling performance marketing solutions.
  2. Motivated B2B sales talent with at least 2-3 years of experience in online performance marketing sales to affiliate networks, agencies, and e-commerce.
  3. Extensive network within the Italian e-commerce sector.
  4. Driven to build new markets successfully.
  5. Strong analytical skills to assess market potential and optimize partner KPIs.
  6. Excellent presentation skills, both in person and via remote communication tools.
  7. Professional proficiency in Italian and English.
