Job Description:

The role involves leading IT business engagement and technology partnering for a global consumer goods group. The focus is on developing a leading-edge Supply Chain capability across Production, Planning, Logistics, and Manufacturing channels, including implementing ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery of ERP and application systems, including configuration, customizations, and integrations.
• Define the technology roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.
• Manage implementation projects from inception to completion across Production, Planning, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
• Provide expertise on ERP systems and best practices for Supply Chain processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive IT Business Partnering or Project Management experience in international, enterprise-scale environments, preferably in FMCG, Retail, or related sectors.
• Proven experience managing complex global technology projects in line with ITIL, with ERP solutions like MS Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain tools and processes, including Production, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, MRP, MES, SCM, IBP, APO, WMS, EWM, TMS, OTM, TM, Inventory and Order Management, Demand Forecasting, S&OP, Sales & Operations, VMI, DRP, PLM, Lean Manufacturing, MTO, MTS, ETO, Industry 4.0, 4IR.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organization and drive business value from data and technology.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple priorities.
