We are currently seeking a full-time, remote position based in Italy. The role involves:

  • Supporting business development by generating leads through roadshows or workshops;
  • Acting as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling all technical communication and introducing solutions;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with EcoFlow partners, establishing trust through in-depth technical knowledge and understanding client requirements;
  • Preparing technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sale support;
  • Providing product training and ensuring partners understand the key USPs of EcoFlow products and services;
  • Collecting feedback from clients and partners, working closely with R&D for product improvements;
  • Offering insights and suggestions based on your technical expertise, assisting partners in customizing solutions for commercial success.

Your profile includes :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering; electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields preferred;
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support roles; experience in the Residential Energy Storage industry preferred;
  • Strong self-drive and proactiveness, ability to work independently and in teams;
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and delivering training;
  • Ability to understand customer needs and independently find solutions;
  • Passion for the industry and willingness to learn continuously;
  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages such as French, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
