Job Description: Online Sales Specialist

Grafton Office, a specialized branch of Gi Group Spa authorized by the Ministry of Labour, is seeking an Online Sales Specialist for a prestigious automotive sector client located in Padova.

The candidate will be part of the Sales Network Development department, responsible for activities related to Online Car Sales via the dedicated company platform, managing stock cars and used vehicles available at authorized centers.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Monitoring website developments for the Italian market in accordance with headquarters' plans.
  2. Ensuring proper use of the platform by dealerships and maintaining media quality standards (photos/videos) in product listings.
  3. Identifying external providers for media quality management and conducting audits, including contractual and budget management.
  4. Providing training to dealerships on platform use and management.
  5. Monitoring channel performance based on KPIs set by headquarters.
  6. Using the channel to increase BEV share of total stock vehicle sales.
  7. Analyzing the online customer base relative to the total database.
  8. Supporting operational marketing in digital advertising investments to improve campaign performance.
  9. Collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experience and brand relationship.
