Our Client

We are working for a historic Italian brand dedicated to creating a wide range of colorful, original, and fun products that enrich and bring positivity to daily life: from stationery items to home accessories, travel products, beauty accessories, Hi-Tech accessories, vintage toys, and much more. The company operates in 70 countries, with 500 retail points worldwide.

The Role

We are seeking an AI Technical Content Specialist, a hybrid role combining technical writing and content management, capable of blending creativity, linguistic precision, and proficiency with AI tools. The ideal candidate will be able to draft and manage short descriptive texts (for packaging, manuals, and technical sheets) and coordinate more complex content flows for catalogs and technical documentation. A background in humanities (literature, languages, philosophy) that enables fluent and effective use of Italian, along with familiarity with digital tools and AI, is preferred.

Main Responsibilities

1. Utilize AI tools to generate high-quality short texts for product packaging and manuals.
2. Draft and update technical documentation (manuals, technical sheets, catalogs).
3. Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and external agencies to gather and organize technical content.
4. Coordinate translation activities, overseeing quality and delivery times.
5. Ensure content consistency and accuracy across all languages.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
7. Review and maintain existing documentation.
8. Possess experience in technical or advertising copywriting.
9. Excellent command of Italian and good knowledge of English (level B2 or higher).
10. Familiarity with AI tools for text generation and workflow management.
11. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
12. Team-oriented attitude and ability to coordinate across departments.
13. Experience collaborating with translation agencies and internal teams (PM, R&D) is a plus.

Work Location: Bergamo, with daily presence in the office.
