Role Overview

The selected candidate will work closely with the RSPP, supporting them in key activities such as:

1. Monitoring safety levels based on performance indicators provided by the Group EHS Manager;
2. Ensuring the facility complies with Italian health, safety, and environmental laws, including managing all related documentation, communications, notifications, and permits;
3. Proposing and managing training programs, conducting audits, and on-site inspections;
4. Maintaining manuals, procedures, and operational instructions to sustain certification;
5. Ensuring proper waste management and disposal.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree, with interest in the role;
• Prior professional experience in a related field and residence in the area are preferred;
• Degree in Engineering, Prevention Techniques in the Environment and Workplace, or similar;
• Knowledge of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 management systems and audit skills;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
