Job Description:

Grafton Horeca, a specialized team within Gi Group Spa, is seeking a Chef de Partie for a luxury wellness and hospitality structure in the province of Grosseto, Tuscany. This role involves preparing high-level menus, optimizing processes, maintaining hygiene standards, and fostering a cooperative kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in structured restaurant contexts, knowledge of regional or gourmet cuisine, and familiarity with the Tuscan territory and its ingredients is preferred. The contract offers a 6 or 12-month fixed-term with potential for permanent employment, a salary range of €30,000 to €34,000 with 14 monthly payments, and includes lodging and meals.
