About You: We are seeking a proactive and process-oriented Brand Ambassador Sales Manager to build and lead our growing network of independent Brand Ambassadors. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing high-volume contractor teams, developing scalable recruiting and onboarding processes, and fostering a culture of engagement and accountability.
Brand Ambassadors at WellnessLiving are referral partners – they leverage their networks to introduce prospects. While not directly involved in the sales cycle, they need structure and guidance. As their leader, you will be instrumental in attracting, onboarding, and enabling a constantly evolving team of contractors to successfully represent our brand and drive qualified referrals to our Sales team.
