The Team

The PVH Southeast Hub is one of the most dynamic Hub organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. Covering over 45 countries, our hub is diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential. The Position

The Junior Retail Business Analyst reports to the Manager Retail Business Analysis, providing accurate financial and commercial information through research and analysis of sales data, market information, and report preparation.

We seek a passionate, driven individual with a background and strong interest in the fashion industry.

• Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year reporting (Net Sales, KPIs, Omnichannel Services, etc.)
• Top-line budgeting, forecasting, and related activities
• Managing monthly store target setting processes
• Liaising with Business Controlling Team for P&L analysis of current stores
• Analyzing marketing and promotional initiatives redemption
• Supporting weekly and ad-hoc retail meetings
• Building strong relationships with retail stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
• 1-2 years’ experience in structured environments
• Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Dynamic, proactive, with strong relationship skills and ability to interact across organization levels
• Willing to learn, work independently, and prioritize activities
