What You Will Do

We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in designing and producing:

  1. Training clients' staff to improve their knowledge of our services
  2. Providing intensive support including product instructions
  3. Communicating with customers to meet their needs and expectations
  4. Developing and managing business relationships at store level
  5. Achieving sales targets and taking corrective actions when necessary
  6. Planning and executing in-store visits aligned with company strategy
  7. Presenting business statistics and insights
  8. Executing in-store promotional plans and activities as per the plan
  9. Delivering activities agreed with the customer to stores
  10. Documenting merchant interactions and activities in CRM
Key Competencies

To succeed, you should have:

Background and Education
  • A university degree is a plus
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Trade marketing, services, or retail knowledge is advantageous
  • Analytical and planning skills
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in English
