Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Informatore Scientifico del Farmaco (ISF) to be based in the Emilia Romagna region, on a permanent basis. The ISF operates within the Oncology Business Unit and reports hierarchically to the Area Manager. The role supports the Commercial Management in achieving set objectives within the therapeutic area.

The ISF conducts scientific information activities according to company directives and in compliance with Legislative Decree n. 219/06. Responsibilities include informing physicians about the pharmacological and therapeutic characteristics of medications to ensure their correct use, and engaging with hospital structures to facilitate product availability for patients.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop relationships within specialist environments to accurately inform the medical community about products and company strategies.
2. Perform detailed analysis of the assigned area, including contacts and segmentation, to define an operational plan.
3. Translate guidelines into appropriate programs and plans, establishing priorities.
4. Conduct medico-scientific information activities respecting company strategies and legal regulations, including pharmacovigilance obligations.
5. Monitor information processes using dedicated IT systems (e.g., iConnect), documenting all visits according to procedures.
6. Proactively seek knowledge and deepen scientific content related to the assigned product, liaising with relevant company functions as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in scientific disciplines (Medicine and Surgery, Biological Sciences, Organic and Biological Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, or Veterinary Medicine) or a university diploma/degree in Scientific Information on Drugs.
• At least 3 years of experience as an ISF.
• Experience in specialized lines; knowledge of the therapeutic area is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English (scientific level).
• Valid driving license.
