Addetto/a Customer Care - Div. Welfare - Milano, Milan

Leading Italian company in the services market—ranging from Catering to Food Supplies, Meal Vouchers to Corporate Welfare, Vending Machines to Cleaning and Integrated Services—has entrusted us with the recruitment and selection of:

  • 1 Customer Care Agent to be inserted within the Commercial Department of the Welfare Solutions Division
Job Description:
  • Validation and control of contracts signed by sales staff, verifying data completeness and correct application of conditions.
  • First-level telephone assistance for customers, resolving requests and forwarding complex issues to the relevant departments, maintaining constant customer care activities.
  • Monitoring and updating the company database using management software and CRM systems.
  • Updating periodic reports related to activities performed and contract quality.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and other company functions to ensure a continuous workflow.
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, advanced filters).
  • Proficiency in using company management software and CRM systems.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills and ability to handle customer requests.
  • Precision and attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality control.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Previous experience in a back office or customer care role.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure on multiple activities.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle critical situations.
  • Commercial attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Job Details:
  • Location: Milan - Lorenteggio area
  • Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Contract Type: Direct employment with a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of long-term employment, 4th level CCNL P. Esercizi, Risto. Coll. e Comm., Turismo, plus corporate welfare and canteen benefits.
