Dale Consulting recherche un ICT Infrastructure Manager & Cloud Specialist pour un client international dans le secteur bancaire. Le candidat sera responsable de la gestion de projets complexes, de l'alignement des exigences avec les objectifs stratégiques et de la promotion de solutions cloud. Dale Consulting is seeking an ICT Infrastructure Manager & Cloud Specialist for a major international client in the Core Banking sector.

Your Responsibilities

1. Manage complex projects focused on the implementation and update of IT infrastructures.
2. Ensure project requirements align with strategic organizational goals.
3. Oversee the IT project portfolio in Facility Management and Cloud domains.
4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance) and external partners (suppliers, technological partners).
5. Define, plan, and monitor technological investments and strategic initiatives.
6. Guarantee governance and compliance of services according to banking standards and regulations (e.g., EBA, DORA).
7. Identify and mitigate project and operational risks.
8. Promote adoption of cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) aligned with IT roadmaps.
9. Support the definition of technical and functional requirements for new infrastructural projects.

Requirements

1. Degree in STEM fields.
2. 3-5 years of experience managing complex IT portfolios in banking or financial sectors.
3. Deep knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and ICT Facility Management models.
4. Experience with Project & Portfolio Management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, Prince2, Agile).
5. Leadership skills, strategic vision, and results-oriented approach.
6. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
