Job Description

We are seeking a talented leader to oversee our audio production team and manage the creation of engaging shows. The role includes:

1. Leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to produce high-quality content that retains listeners across all stages.
2. Analyzing show performance and conducting root cause analysis to address drops in listenership.
3. Managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, and coordinating with sound engineers and post-production teams.
4. Leading all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes.
5. Collaborating with content teams to plan resources effectively for content pipeline needs.
6. Contributing innovative ideas related to sound design, production processes, and final output quality.
7. Providing feedback to talent to help them reach their full potential.
8. Working with category and program managers to oversee P&L management in collaboration with talent and their representatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
• Fluency in Italian (native) and English.
• Background in audio work is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for creating successful shows.
• Strategic thinker with creative flair and strong project management skills.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with talent and their representatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working under pressure and with diverse backgrounds.

Location: Remote in Italy
