For the strengthening of the Financial Services and Web Application Units, part of the “Cloud & Custom Application” practice, we are looking for a Java Technical Lead.

Long Description

In this role, you will:

• Manage and guide development teams
• Lead and oversee development activities, including task assignment and progress monitoring
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and improvements
• Ensure code quality and performance standards are met
• Lead problem-solving discussions within the team
• Review and supervise team members' work
• Identify opportunities to improve existing development processes
• Assist in removing obstacles to project progress

YOUR PROFILE

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within structured organizations;

• Proven experience as a Java Technical Lead or similar position
• Strong expertise in Java and related technologies such as J2EE, JDBC, Spring, Hibernate
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies like JPA2 and Hibernate
• Experience with test-driven development and writing unit tests (e.g., using JUnit)
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy Java-based software solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues
• Ability to document technical requirements and specifications clearly
• Leadership skills to mentor and guide software developers
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong analytical skills for translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Professional proficiency in English
