Descrizione del lavoro

The Junior Supply Production Planner will play a key role in production planning, working cross-functionally with various Supply Chain departments, the Production team, and the Quality team to ensure an efficient workflow aligned with company standards.

This role will serve as the key point of contact between the production plant and the Planning corporate team.

Main Responsibilities include:

1. Manage production planning based on campaign logic.
2. Oversee production of MTO (Make to Order) and Make to Forecast products.
3. Conduct weekly reviews of the production plan, focusing on high-runner products, in collaboration with the site reference.
4. Manage production plans for three different plants.
5. Ensure timely updates in the SAP system following agreed alignments.
6. Plan detailed packaging of finished products with the Plant Warehouse Team.
7. Maintain daily alignment with the CS team, providing expected fulfillment dates for pending orders.
8. Coordinate proactively with the Material Planner and Expeditor.
9. Analyze inventory and aging stock.
10. Build production plans based on demand and capacity.
11. Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure operational continuity.
12. Analyze production data and suggest process improvements.
13. Optimize production plans in collaboration with the plants.
14. Assist the Supply Planning Lead in managing master data.

Qualifications:

• Degrees in Economics, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in Supply Chain departments is a plus.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proactivity, teamwork, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
