ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Customer Support Operator to deliver outstanding support and ensure a seamless experience for our customers across global eCommerce platforms. You’ll be the primary contact for handling inquiries via email and WhatsApp, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering trust and loyalty. Your efforts will directly influence customer satisfaction and our brand reputation.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Native or fluent Italian (main language), strong English required; French / Spanish basics are a plus
  • At least 1 year of customer support experience, preferably with international shipping
  • Hands-on knowledge of Shopify
  • Tech-Savvy & Organized – proficiency in ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive
  • Strong problem-solving and sales mindset
  • Ability to work remotely with high autonomy
  • Full-Time Availability – committed to growth with us
  • Exceptional Time Management – capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage customer inquiries promptly via email and WhatsApp with empathy, speed, and problem-solving skills, staying engaged until the customer is fully supported or has made a purchase
  • Handle complaints, duplicated orders, corrections, returns/refunds, recover abandoned carts, and troubleshoot order issues with a solution-oriented approach
  • Assist with order processing and shipment tracking, providing updates and modifications as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to offer accurate information and recommendations
  • Use Shopify and Gorgias efficiently to manage tickets and interactions
  • Document and organize customer data using Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive
  • Collaborate with operations, fulfillment, and marketing teams to escalate and resolve concerns
  • Uphold our brand’s reputation by delivering friendly, helpful, and empathetic service
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction targets
