Your Mission
  1. Manage existing customers and explore additional potential.
  2. Sell professionally as part of a team and independently through various channels.
  3. Optimize the sales strategy in close collaboration with your team in Italy, Germany, and the US.
  4. Win over and inspire potential customers for the MARKT-PILOT software solution, guiding them from initial contact to contract signing.
  5. Develop strategies to convert leads into customers for MARKT-PILOT.
  6. Contribute to an ambitious and outstanding company culture by bringing your full self to work.
Your Skills
  • You are goal-oriented and possess excellent communication skills to captivate customers.
  • You remain calm during busy periods and can motivate your team.
  • You hold a degree in business or a similar qualification.
  • You have relevant professional experience in mechanical engineering, after-sales, sales, or as a service manager.
  • You are effective and confident when communicating with C-level executives and managing directors.
  • Excellent Italian and English language skills are essential.
  • Good MS Office knowledge completes your profile.
