We’re seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to elevate our websites across Asia, English-speaking Africa, and Europe. With a passionate SEO team based in Lille, Paris, and remote locations worldwide, you'll thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

Your Mission:

Own the top spots on Google. As an SEO Team Leader, you’ll analyze performance, spot growth opportunities, and execute winning strategies. You won’t be just another cog—you’ll be a key player driving real results.

As our SEO Team Leader, you will:

• SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a data-driven SEO strategy that covers technical, content, and link-building aspects.
• Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct in-depth audits, optimize site structure, improve crawlability, enhance Core Web Vitals, and implement schema markup.
• Content Strategy & Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to provide strategic SEO support, including keyword research, metadata recommendations, and optimization guidance, ensuring every article is SEO-optimized and primed to rank.
• Link Building & Authority Growth: Develop and oversee a high-quality link-building strategy to boost domain authority and ranking positions.
• Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and interpret key SEO performance metrics daily, providing insightful reports on a weekly and monthly basis to drive continuous improvements.

Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors, and stay ahead of SEO trends to maintain a competitive edge. Collaboration & Innovation: Work alongside a skilled team of SEOs, content writers, and developers to execute high-impact strategies.

Your profile should include :

Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) / Russian is a plus
4+ years of in-house SEO experience, ideally in competitive SERPs
A proven track record of ranking and growing organic traffic
Expertise in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, log analysis, etc.)
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for SEO analysis
A results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Management skills
Previous SEO experience in an iGaming company is a plus
