Customer Care Part-Time - Excellent French, Milan

Adecco Italia S.p.a, Milano Contact Center, is seeking for a client in the automotive sector located in Vimodrone, part-time Customer Care and Back Office agents with excellent French language skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Handling inbound customer service calls
2. Managing back office tasks related to client information and complaints from fleet services managers

Requirements:

• Excellent command of the French language
• Good communication skills and customer management abilities
• Proficiency in computer tools
• Experience in customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of English is a plus

Work Conditions:

• Part-time schedule of 4-6 hours per day, on shifts between 8 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday
• Mostly remote work with 6 days in presence at Vimodrone office, accessible by public transport
• High-speed internet connection required for remote work
• Immediate availability for video interviews and start from May 12, 2025

Contract Details:

• Initial 3-month temporary contract, CCNL Telecomunicazioni, 3rd level

Location: Vimodrone, Milan (reachable via MM Cologno Sud)
