Descrizione del lavoro

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in marketing technology and customer relationship management, focusing on innovation. We are seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Requirements analysis
  2. Participate in the technical design of projects
  3. Estimate effort for projects
  4. Collaborate with the Omega team and clients to achieve project goals
  5. Support and resolve technical issues to ensure system security and performance
  6. Work with technology providers as needed
  7. Document processes and monitor system performance
  8. Validate and test solutions against business requirements
  9. Follow software quality standards
  10. Create technical documentation
  11. Apply best practices to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
Mandatory Skills
  1. At least 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer
  2. Experience with other CTI solutions like Genesys or Avaya is a plus
  3. Experience with Amazon Connect
  4. Development experience on Salesforce projects
  5. Knowledge of REST and SOAP services standards
  6. Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall methodologies, SDLC, and coding principles is a plus
  7. Excellent spoken and written English
