San Clemente Palace is looking for a Director of IT

Job Overview:

The Hotel Director of IT is responsible for ensuring compliance of the Information Technology and Audio Visual environments within the hotel(s). This includes adherence to Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations, local data regulations, network security standards, end-of-life management, project management, budget planning, compliance with MOHG Product Standards and Guidelines, external and internal audits, and routine task management.

The Director of IT serves as the primary technical liaison between hotel operations and the corporate functions of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

The responsibilities are generally distinct from the hotel’s IT Support team and require availability on weekdays for escalation, colleague engagement, and critical corporate IT tasks.
