If you wish to be part of this unique environment, we are looking for an outstanding and highly skilled Low Voltage Project Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with development and operations management teams at assigned clubs to create short- and long-term low voltage infrastructure plans.
  2. Review design at all planning stages for low voltage budgetary planning.
  3. Make effective decisions on projects when presented with changing requirements by overseeing change management during design and active construction phases.
  4. Develop and manage vendor and integrator relationships to ensure accurate delivery and installation according to specifications and standards.
  5. Perform quality control and assurance (QA/QC) throughout design and development to ensure standards, schedules, and budgets are responsibly managed.
Requirements
  1. At least 4 years of construction low voltage (technology) project management experience.
  2. Proven field experience in construction QA/QC and monitoring the work performance of third-party low voltage contractors and integrators.
  3. Working knowledge and field experience with structured cabling, AV, CCTV, and access control systems and devices.
  4. Experience managing large-scale, multi-million dollar commercial or industrial projects.
  5. Experience generating and reviewing RFIs and RFPs.
  6. Familiarity with BICSI, EIA, TIA, and NEC standards.
  7. Experience managing revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  4. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work well in a team environment.
  6. Calmness and focus during busy times.
  7. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  8. Willingness to adapt to new projects and fast-paced environments.
  9. Full-time contract in accordance with the Italian CCNL.
