Introducing Be Mate

Be Mate offers a new way to stay and enjoy the city. It combines the freedom of an apartment with the security, quality, and services of a hotel.

? We are present in Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, Milan, Rome, Venice, Turin, and Istanbul, with carefully selected flats in city centers.

What will you do at Be Mate?

1. Access control to the building.
2. Control of apartment occupancy.
3. Customer service.
4. Attention and incident management.
5. Sales of extra products and services.
6. Reservation management and registration in the PMS.
7. Reservation collection.
8. Reservation billing.
9. Police register management.
10. Apartment allocation.
11. Control of rates and availability.
12. Management of requests for extra beds/cots.
13. Daily activity reports for the Front Office Manager.
14. Support to the management team (handling emails, reservations, guest phone service).

You are the Bemater we are looking for if...

• You have strong communication skills.
• You are a people person who enjoys helping others.
• You are proactive, ambitious, and motivated to grow professionally.
• You are enthusiastic about belonging to Be Mate and sharing our project with clients.
• You have excellent skills in Office automation tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You are familiar with Analytics, Channel Manager, and PMS systems in the sector.
• You have a good command of spoken and written English.
• You have experience and interest in the tourism and travel sector and enjoy creating a real impact.
