Selection 4.0, a technologically advanced company specializing in the search and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles at both national and international levels, is seeking a:

Our client is a multinational company and a market leader in providing IT and Cloud services/products.

The resource will be integrated into the Marketing department and will report directly to the Director. They will be responsible for developing and coordinating the Group's Communication strategy to support strategic and business objectives, ensuring consistency across all platforms and corporate communications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain constant relationships with the Board of Directors and the CEO to stay aligned on strategic priorities;
• Coordinate and implement an integrated communication strategy aligned with company goals;
• Manage the positioning and reputation of the Group in the market and at the institutional level;
• Ensure branding guidelines are followed in all marketing and communication initiatives;
• Coordinate team resources both directly and functionally;
• Work closely with BU marketing managers to support their actions and ensure coherent and integrated communication;
• Supervise PR management, corporate events, and media relations;
• Manage relationships and positioning of the company with various stakeholders;
• Oversee the preparation of speeches for Spokespersons;
• Coordinate and manage Crisis Communication;
• Establish effective internal communication, define guidelines and processes, and ensure information reaches all organizational levels;
• Manage the sector's budget;
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies through metrics and KPIs, making strategic adjustments based on data.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Communication, Marketing, or equivalent;
• Extensive experience in Corporate Communication Management;
• Proven experience in creating, developing, and supervising corporate communication strategies;
• Strong skills in managing relationships with institutions and internal/external stakeholders;
• Background in Cloud Providing/Internet Providing/Technology sectors;
• Fluency in English;
• Business and results-oriented mindset;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Dynamic and flexible attitude.

RAL: Approximately €70,000, commensurate with candidate skills.
