IMPIEGAT* BANCARI FILIALE ONLINE

The selected candidates will work within the online branch of an important Italian banking group, managing remote customer interactions. Responsibilities include supporting clients regarding products and services, facilitating their use and management without visiting a physical branch.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicating with clients via phone calls, video calls, email, and chat;
• Providing detailed information about requested products and services;
• Profiling products according to customer needs;
• Coordinating with territorial branches and management on various tasks.

Candidate profile:

- Degree in economics, sciences, or law;

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with clients and colleagues;

- Dynamic, goal-oriented, and reliable;

- Precise, trustworthy, and discreet;

- Owns a car and willing to travel within the territory.

Work hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Saturday in shifts.

Contract details:

• Initial 2-month fixed-term contract starting July 1, 2025, with potential for permanent employment via apprenticeship;
• Reference CCNL: credit, 3rd area, 1st level;
• Salary and benefits: approximately €34K RAL plus tickets.
