Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to lead our audio production team and manage the creation of engaging shows that retain listeners across all stages.

1. Lead and support a team of producers and audio leads to produce high-quality content.
2. Analyze show performance and perform root cause analysis for listener drop-offs.
3. Manage production schedules, oversee recording sessions, and coordinate with sound engineers and post-production teams.
4. Lead all aspects of audio production including scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes.
5. Collaborate with content teams to plan resources effectively and ensure smooth content pipeline management.
6. Contribute innovative ideas on sound design, production processes, and final output to keep content fresh and exciting.
7. Provide feedback to help hosts develop their potential.
8. Work with Category and Program Managers to manage P&L for the category, including talent management.
9. Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work under pressure with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
• Native Italian and fluent English language skills.
• Background in audio work is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for hit shows.
• Strategic thinker with creative flair and project management skills.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with talent and talent reps.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
