Competenze

Marketing Specialist - Maternity leave replacement

For our team, based in Rome, we areseeking a Marketing Specialistunder a maternity leave replacement contract.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience in a multicultural and international environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Workflow Manager in preparing the launch plan and local activity plan for new products.
• Assisting with the management and updating the price lists, including related communications to Customer Service and Sales representative, as well as maintaining the product catalog.
• Creating product data sheets for the configuration of new products and for new product brochures.
• Requesting quotes from suppliers for printing flyers and catalogs, managing the approval process, and coordinating delivery to the warehouse.
• Sending marketing materials, such as brochures, promotional flyers, and catalogs, to the sales force (preparing files with addresses and quantities for shipment), as well as promotional and communication materials.
• Supporting the Workflow Manager in product presentations, managing promotions, and sending promotional flyers to designers for dealers and retail. Preparing and communicating these materials to the sales force. Assisting in creating communication pages, banners, and promotional flyers in direct coordination with local dealers.
• Maintaining and updating the file with the marketing expense budget, sending forecasts in volumes and values for new and promotional products. Purchasing rewards/vouchers for sales representatives and communicating with the sales force.
• Participating in monthly meetings with the indirect sales force, supporting with result presentations, training sessions, and corrective actions (recovery plans) if needed.

Requirements

• Master degree, preferably in Economics, Marketing or related fields
• Minimum experience in marketing (even through internships), preferably gained in structured and international environments.
• Excellent knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus.
• Flexibility, a willingness to learn, and a strong team-oriented mindset are essential.
