Job Responsibilities
  1. Proactively acquire customers and establish new business relationships with decision makers such as investment banks, advisors, or large corporations.
  2. Sell software solutions for handling confidential information related to M&A transactions.
  3. Plan accounts, develop strategic sales approaches, and support key account development.
  4. Deliver presentations, create and follow up on offers, and negotiate contracts directly with decision makers.
  5. Participate in and network at trade fairs, congresses, and events.
  6. Document activities in the company's CRM system.
Candidate Requirements
  • Ability to build strong relationships within the M&A sector.
  • Experience engaging, presenting, and closing client meetings.
  • Proven track record in managing the full sales cycle: cold calling, pipeline building, and closing deals.
  • Industry knowledge in M&A and/or Real Estate sectors.
  • Enthusiastic team player with good communication skills, a hands-on mentality, and high engagement and motivation.
  • Native Italian speaker with business-fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Desirable: Industry knowledge in software, sales, or SaaS.
