A Snapshot of Your Day

In the department SV CD, responsible for servicing installed base power plant control systems, AVR, and digitalization. The Sales Specialist coordinates all sales activities to achieve specific goals across diverse products, customers, and amounts based on BU strategy.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Develop relationships with customers, seek new opportunities, present controls and digitalization solutions, and service contracts for power generation.
  • Influence main partners and customer decision-makers.
  • Create tools, reports, and dashboards to evaluate sales trends against budgets, aiding management in defining annual forecasts.
  • Present the best technical and commercial solutions and negotiate contracts with customers.
  • Lead opportunities and proposals for national and international markets.
  • Propose consulting services for machine or plant digitalization and energy efficiency improvements, aiming to grow services such as assistance, maintenance, spare parts sales, and updates.
What You Bring
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in sales or as a proposal/bid specialist, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Experience with DCS, control systems, AVR, and digitalization is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business, domestically and internationally.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of German is desirable.
