Regulatory Affairs Role

This function ensures and maintains product compliance with national and international legal requirements, acting as an intermediary between different functions and authorities. Combining scientific, legal, and business knowledge, the Regulatory Affairs team ensures that products are licensed, labeled, claimed, and promoted in compliance with relevant legislation.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities
  1. Support the evaluation of current and new products for compliance with applicable regulations (labelling, ingredients, claims) in the target markets, adopting a global approach.
  2. Support label compliance with regulatory requirements, overseeing the approval process.
  3. Collaborate with R&D and Marketing teams to ensure regulatory adherence in new product development and accurate interpretation of information.
  4. Work with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Service, Purchasing, and QA to respond to technical documentation requests from customers, importers, and consumers, ensuring market entry and product continuity.
  5. Assist in developing and drafting clear, comprehensive documentation and product information for stakeholders.
  6. Review scientific and legal documents and stay updated on legislative changes and guidelines.
  7. Gather, evaluate, organize, and analyze internal and external information to provide timely answers and solutions.
Candidate Profile
Technical Skills
  • Master’s degree in chemical and pharmaceutical technologies, biotechnology, food technology, or law.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Office IT tools and digital skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
