Job Description:

We are seeking to fill the following position for a prestigious fashion retail brand:

Full-Time Sales Assistant - Large Retail Store in Milan

Work abroad

You will be working in a large store in Milan dedicated to women's total look fashion.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the store: organizing and maintaining the sales area;
• Stock management and replenishment;
• Store setup and cash operations;
• Customer assistance and loyalty activities.

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience in selling women's clothing and accessories;
• Passion for fashion and retail;
• Excellent communication skills, cheerful attitude, flexibility, adaptability;
• Dynamic, team-oriented, with good collaboration skills.

Working hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week, on shifts from Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7.

Contract details:

• Type: Fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension and subsequent permanent employment;
• Industry: Commerce (CCNL);
• Salary and benefits: Level 4 classification with variable RAL depending on experience; includes €8 meal vouchers.
