Junior Finance Controller, Monza-Brianza

Location: Monza-Brianza, Italy

Position:

The selected candidate will join the Finance Department within the Planning, Management Control, and Cost Management Office. They will undergo a mentorship and on-the-job training program aimed at increasing autonomy in the following activities:

1. Market analysis and benchmarking
2. Financial statement analysis and KPIs
3. Preparation of the business plan, budget, and forecasts
4. Portfolio evaluation and analysis
5. Monitoring of economic, patrimonial, and financial trends
6. Variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
7. Preparation of reports for top management, Group Head, and Board of Directors

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Economics, Banking Sciences, or Management Engineering
• Six months to one year of experience in a similar role
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting and finance
• Basic understanding of the insurance business
• Ability to prepare reports using Excel or Power BI
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to plan activities
• Good command of the English language
• Teamwork attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation
• Permanent contract
