A leading company in organic sparkling soft drinks is seeking a Sales Lead Manager to create and manage incoming customer requests. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, with just 2 hours a day, and the opportunity to advance to an international team management position.

What you'll do:

Your primary role as the Sales Lead Manager will be to create and manage incoming requests from potential customers, guiding them from initial interest to satisfied customers. By providing exceptional support and personalized experiences, you'll ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression, leading to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  1. Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing to drive conversions.
  2. Research potential Key Account customers.
  3. Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and operations to optimize lead generation efforts and enhance customer experience.
  5. Gain valuable experience with the opportunity to advance to an international team management role.
